Organizing volunteer effort is the heart of our mission at MSM. We currently connect volunteers to our local community in Kent County, Michigan. We guide teams through addressing issues of immediate need, such as unsafe electrical situations, leaky plumbing, damaged roofs, and installing grab bars or ramps for the handicapped or elderly.
We have had many commit their talents to our home repair ministry. Below you will find ways others have served and ways you may be able to contribute too.
Individual or Family
- building expertise: carpentry, dry walling, electrical, roofing, HVAC, tiling, plumbing
- building support: cleanup, painting, cooking, childcare
Church or Business
- adopt a project by funding building materials or providing volunteers
- offer support services to relief recipients
- provide meals for project days
Please see our contact page to submit a volunteer application or request more information about how you can contribute to West Michigan Home Repair.
Thank you to all our volunteers who have already spent time with us repairing homes for others. You make such a difference and we are so grateful to have had fellowship together.
